Key Features:

  • AEROSOL : Ensure the Conformal is thoroughly cleaned before application. Spray Acrylcoat evenly from a distance of 25 cm onto the Conformal. Allow the PCBs to air dry. For optimal results, curing in a ventilated oven at 60oC for 1 hour is recommended. It is advisable to heat the boards to 55 to 60oC before spraying. Shake the aerosol bottle well before each application.
  • LACQUER: Acrylcoat Lacquer can be applied using brushing, dipping, or spraying methods. It can be utilized in a dip coating machine or applied with a dispenser.
  • REMOVAL: The coating can be effectively removed using Conins Thinner ELCLEAN.
  • STORAGE: Store the product in a cool and dry place below 40oC. Keep it away from open flames or flammable materials, as the contents are highly inflammable. Discard the container after use.
  • PRECAUTIONS: Acrylcoat is a flammable material. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes, and inhalation.
    • Skin: Wash the affected areas with soap and plenty of water.
    • Eyes: Flush with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention. Keep the product away from open flames and flammable materials. Use it only in adequately ventilated areas. Refer to our Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before using the product.
  • Shelf Life : The aerosol has a shelf life of 2 years, while the lacquer has a shelf life of 1 year, both when stored in their original sealed containers.
  • Packing : Available in 500 ml aerosol spray containers and 1 litre, 5 litres, and 25-litre containers for the lacquer.
  • LQ : 1 litre, 5 litres, and 25 litre containers.
  • Approved by C-DOT. Conforms to MIL 46058C Type AR.
